Directions:

1 pearl lasts a week as it slowly melts for days with your body temperature. Do not use during period. Right after period is the best time as your body is naturally absorbing more nutrients to rebuild.

Before going to bed, with clean hands, gently insert one pearl as far   in as you can. Before bed is best because you will be laying down and it will give your body ample amount of time to absorb the medicine.

Don't be alarmed if you see discharge the next day, this is just the pear melting but also moving out whatever particles may have been stuck inside. The night/week you use it make sure to wear cotton panty liners or period underwear. Naturally the suppository melts and some of it will end up on your underwear.
